River-Side Building
1-Bedroom Suite: $110/night
2-Bedroom Suite: $125/night
As its name suggests, our river-side building faces the St. Joe river and rests a mere fifty-five feet away from the riverbank. Directly across the road from the river-side building there is a city-owned dock that you can enjoy.
If you’re travelling by boat, then you can park here at the public dock, of if you’re towing your boat with you, there’s a nearby public boat launch.
Street-Side Building
1-Bedroom Suite: $100/night
2-Bedroom Suite: $115/night
Our street-side building sits next to the riverside building at a right-angle and faces the through street. The parking lot on the street-side is extra deep, providing ample space for longer vehicles and vehicles with trailers.
There is also a small lawn area with a table, chairs, and patio umbrella for your use. We ask, if you bring your dog with you, that you please clean up after it.

Suite Features
All of our suites come with a ready-to-use kitchen (including oven/stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, coffee condiments, cookware, and tableware). Most suites also have a futon couch that folds out into a full-sized bed. Upon request, the couch can be made into a bed and dressed with sheets before your arrival.
