2. What time is Check-in/Check-out?

Normal check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

For check-in, you don’t need to check-in at the front office. You can head straight to your room if you know your room number and door code (If not, swing by the office and we’ll help you out!).

For check-out, just close the door behind you when you leave, and we’ll take care of the rest.

3. What if I need an early check-in or late check-out?

If you need an early check-in, you can give us a call the morning of your check-in, and we’ll let you know whether or not your room is ready. Please note that we neither guarantee nor prioritize suites for early check-in.

Late check-outs need to be arranged with the front office before 3:00 pm on the day before your departure. We charge a $10/hour fee for all late check-outs. In addition, please note that we do not extend late check-outs beyond 1:00 pm.

4. What restaurants are in town?

We have a more detailed directory that can be found inside each suite, but here’s a quick list of venues here in town:

5. Do the suites have cable or satellite TV?

We provide a residential package of DirecTV service (includes local stations, several ESPN stations, AMC, The Weather Channel, news stations, etc.) to all suites. All suites have a DVD player as well.

6. Are there laundry facilities nearby?

Two coin-operated washers and dryers are available on-site for guests’ use (located in the alley between the river-side and street-side buildings). However, there is also a full-scale laundromat (Riverbend Laundromat & Car Wash) located 0.6 miles away (near Harvest Foods).

7. What are the kitchens equipped with?

Your kitchen has an oven and stovetop, microwave, sink, dish soap and cleaning sponge, coffee maker (with coffee, filters, and condiments), cookware (pots and pans), cooking utensils, tableware (cups, mugs, plates, and utensils).

In short, the kitchen has just about everything you need to cook, serve, and clean up a meal right there in your suite.

Outside, we have two charcoal grills for your use. There are also two grocery stores (Archie’s IGA, across the street; Harvest Foods 0.6 miles away) located nearby.

8. May I bring my pet? If so, is there an additional charge?

We are indeed dog-friendly, but we do have a few rules for them:

  • We limit two dogs maximum per a suite.
  • Dogs are NOT allowed on furniture (including beds and couches).
  • Dogs are NOT to be left unattended. Guests leaving dogs unattended will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds.
  • We do not allow any pets other than dogs.
  • Guests are required to pick up after their pets.

Additionally, we charge a Pet Fee of $10/night per pet.
