In order to ensure
your stay is as pleasant as possible, please be advised
of and abide by the following policies and house rules:
Check in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Cancellations: A full refund will be given for cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival date.
No smoking inside suites. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside suites.
Minimum stay: One night.
A deposit amount equal to one night’s stay is required.
Dishes, utensils, pots, and pans are furnished for guest convenience. Guests are responsible for washing dishes. A $25 cleaning fee will be assessed for unwashed or poorly cleaned dishes.
Childcare is not provided.
Lawful consumption of alcohol in suites is permitted; however, rowdy, boisterous, and/or rude behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises with cleaning charges assessed and no refund!
Possession, use, and/or trafficking in illegal and controlled substances are prohibited.
The River Front Suites are dog-friendly, and will do our best to accommodate our guests’ pet family members.
Please follow these few rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests:
Up to two dogs may stay in their master’s room for $10/day per dog in addition to the regular room rate.
When making a reservation, please inform the reservationist that your dog will be traveling with you, so we can provide you with a pet-designated room.
For the safety of your pet and the comfort of other guests, dogs must always be on a leash or in a closed crate when visiting public areas.
St. Maries does have and enforces leash laws.
Dogs cannot be left unattended in guests’ suites.
Guests must clean up after their pets and are responsible for any and all damage their pets may cause.
Please keep all dogs off all furniture.
The River Front Suites reserves the right to remove any excessively noisy pets from the premises.
Failure to declare your pet at check-in may result in guest being asked to leave the premises without a refund.
